SmartNet and SmartNet Total Care Convergence
Cisco has announced that they will be adding new capabilities to their foundational support service, SmartNet.
At the end of July 2015, Cisco will be combining SmartNet with SmartNet Total Care, and providing access to smart capabilities to all of their customers.
